Nutter Butter Cookie Bar
Nutter Butter lovers gather round. This four-ingredient, easy-to-make recipe is heaven in bar form.

- 16 frozen peanut butter cookies, defrosted
- 1/2 cup Jif® Natural Peanut Butter Sauce
- 2 pounds softened cream cheese
- 2 cups Nutter Butter cereal
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Place defrosted cookie dough into two greased 9x9 pans and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- While cookies are baking, use a mixer to incorporate the cream cheese and peanut butter sauce until light and fluffy.
- Spread the peanut butter cream cheese mixture on top of cookie crust and garnish with Nutter Butter cereal.
- Cut each pan into 12 pieces, 1.5 x 3-inch cookie bars.
