Citrus Mule
Orange marmalade and fresh mint muddled in a glass with lime juice and white rum, then topped up with ginger beer. Garnished with fresh mint and an orange slice. A new old favorite.

- 2 teaspoons Smucker’s® Orange Marmalade
- 6 mint leaves
- ½ ounce lime juice
- 1 ½ ounces white rum
- 6 ounces ginger beer
- Orange slice and mint sprig for garnish
Directions
- Add orange marmalade, mint leaves, lime juice and white rum to the shaker tin. Gently muddle.
- Add ice to the shaker tin and shake for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a copper mug filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig.
