A.M. Power Shake

Packed with fresh spinach, frozen fruit and protein-rich ingredients that keep them going. Energizing. Takeout friendly. Delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, heavily packed
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen bananas and strawberries
  • 1 ounce (1 pump) Jif® Natural Peanut Butter Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup whey protein powder, vanilla flavor

Directions

  1. In order, from top to bottom, add all of the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fill the cup and serve.
