- 1 cup baby spinach leaves, heavily packed
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup frozen bananas and strawberries
- 1 ounce (1 pump) Jif® Natural Peanut Butter Sauce
- 1 tablespoon chia seed powder
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup whey protein powder, vanilla flavor
Directions
- In order, from top to bottom, add all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Fill the cup and serve.
