- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened beverage-style coconut milk
- 1/2 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 packets Stevia In The Raw
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Cocoa nibs (optional)
Directions
- In a blender combine coconut coconut milk, avocado, peanut butter, cocoa powder, stevia, and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with cocoa nibs.
